Velg is Norwegian for “choose”

Excel is now breaking. Choose what replaces it.

You pay for several systems and your team still runs on spreadsheets. Velg works out what to keep, what to cut and what to connect, then builds it with you.

500+ projects, for teams at companies like these

  • x-kom
  • Echo Investment
  • Hard Rock Cafe
  • Dajar
  • Oriflame
  • Ricoh Polska
  • Monopolis
  • Gatta
  • Medicover Benefits
  • Ptak Expo
  • Apteki Gemini
  • Travel Planet

Seven tools. Three versions of the truth. One person who knows how it all fits together.

It usually starts well. Sales buys a CRM, operations buys a project tool, finance keeps its spreadsheets, and people fill the gaps by hand. Then the company grows faster than its systems.

The bills go up, reports take days, and the real process lives in someone’s inbox.

  • Licenses nobody uses
  • Data copied by hand between systems
  • Decisions made from last month’s export
  • Work that stops when one person is on holiday

How we work. Four steps, in this order.

  • 1

    Map

We look at what you pay for, how work actually moves and where it stalls.

  • 2

    Choose

You get a clear recommendation: what stays, what goes and what comes in. Removing a tool counts as progress.

  • 3

    Connect

We set up the systems, move your data, automate the handoffs and add AI where it saves real time.

  • 4

    Stay

We train your team and stay close until the new way of working is simply how work gets done.

VelgStack: the tools we’d choose again.

Velg has no ARR, NDR, SDR or license targets with any software vendor. That leaves us free to recommend the simplest thing that works, including a tool you already own or an open-source option you host yourself.

When we have a partner relationship with a vendor, we tell you before you decide.

Questions we hear first.

Bring yours to a call.

Do you only work with monday.com?

No. We’ve worked with monday.com since 2017 and know it deeply, but we also use Softr, n8n, Attio, Make, Shopify, Zendesk and open-source tools. Your business decides the choice.

Do we have to replace everything?

Rarely. Many companies already own most of what they need. We often start by connecting what works and removing what doesn’t.

We already use monday.com. Can you improve it?

Yes. Our Workspace Health Check is a paid two-hour audit of inactive licenses, automation and AI opportunities, and your workspace architecture.

Where does AI fit in?

Where it removes real work. We start with clean processes and data, then add automation and agents to the steps that need them.

Are we the right size for Velg?

We work best with growing small and mid-sized companies that have outgrown spreadsheets or disconnected tools.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the scope. You get a written proposal with the price before any work starts.
